It took me about a week in a-half to adjust to the firmness but it is a far cry better than my $3,600.00 mattress I purchased in 2023 and the warranty here is 10 years, I couldn't even get a trade-in from Mattress Firm because I had returned the one I bought the year before and they both started caving on the side I was sleeping on. I had so much pain in my hips and back it took a minute for my body to re-align but I am so glad I took the chance and purchased my new Sersper.
We were very concerned about the looks of the box. My husband had to help the delivery guy unload it or it could of been worse. All is good so far. No way this mattress can be shipped back in this box.
Love it very comfortable
I bought it for my 10 year old granddaughter's room/guest room. She likes it. It is somewhat firm and not as comfortable as our other gel mattress so I would probably not purchase for me but if you are looking for value for price, it's great. It took about 24 hours to fluff. It was packaged for ease of handling.
We were nervous to buy a mattress online but we had purchased this brand in twins for our kids and were impressed by the comfort and quality so when we needed to replace our King we thought it would be worth the cost to try it. It compares to our previous ($2500) mattress. Thick pillow top, individual coils. Firmer than I thought I liked but I find I am sleeping all night and don’t even remember my dreams.
